Romeo is depressed because he is in love with Rosaline who doesn't love him back. He and Benvolio were talking about it and Benvolio said he would find another girl for him that is better than Rosaline.
I would have a sign up sheet that allows people to sign up to be with Romeo. It's like a Cinderella type scene. Where Romeo is to choose who his love should be.
